Swimming With Lee Ann. Yesterday Lee Ann came to our school and showed us how to do the super man and  also free style she put out lanes and put us into groups of like 7 or 6 first we did kicking on boards and then we did super man we also  did free style and then lastly we did  diamond arms that was pretty  hard to me.                                                                                                       once we did                                                            the diamond arms we had to finish doing that to the other end of the pool once we were done we had to get out and  get changed before the bell rang for home time.                   

Water safety with Avrial. Last week we did water safety with Averial and she tought us how To do: rope rescue,noodle rescue and board rescue they were all Really fun to do.  ROPE RESCUE. first you through one end of the rope to the person in the water next you tell them to grab on to the rope and tell them to put it over there shoulder and. And I really  enjoyed the lesson with her
