Swimming With Lee Ann.
Yesterday Lee Ann came to our school and showed us how to do the super man and 
also free style she put out lanes and put us into
groups of like 7 or 6 first we did kicking on
boards and then we did super man we also 
did free style and then lastly we did 
diamond arms that was pretty 
hard to me.
                                              



                                                       once we did                                                            the diamond arms we had to finish doing that to the other end of the pool once we were done we had to get out and 
get changed before the bell rang for home time.

Equipment and ingredients needed: 1 cup whole milk              2 table spoons of sugar 3 eggs                       ¼ teaspoon of salt 1 cup all purpose flour       a pinch of cinnamon. 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract    A pan     a spatula Whisk      cooking spray Lemons    icing sugar Method: In a large bowl, combine the milk, eggs, and, vanilla, extract. Next, get your iron and push down on the straws in the baking paper and move the iron around slowly on the straws 3.  Peel off your straw bracelet and it should of come together and you can cut of the edges of it to make it tidier.
