Equipment and ingredients needed: 1 cup whole milk 2 table spoons of sugar 3 eggs ¼ teaspoon of salt 1 cup all purpose flour a pinch of cinnamon. 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract A pan a spatula Whisk cooking spray Lemons icing sugar Method: In a large bowl, combine the milk, eggs, and, vanilla, extract. Add in the flour, sugar, salt and cinnamon. Blend or whisk until just mixed. Grab your pan, turn on one of the elements to medium heat, spray the pan with the cooking spray. These are so cute Isla. You are lucky you had lots of paper and art supplies at home to make things with. I know some of the children in the junior classes would love to make these. Maybe you could show them how when we are back at school.
