Writing Walt:Write a procedure! Date: Monday 23 of august How to make lemon crepes! Equipment and ingredients needed: 1 cup whole milk 2 table spoons of sugar 3 eggs ¼ teaspoon of salt 1 cup all purpose flour a pinch of cinnamon. 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract A pan a spatula Whisk cooking spray Lemons icing sugar Method: In a large bowl, combine the milk, eggs, and, vanilla, extract. Add in the flour, sugar, salt and cinnamon. Blend or whisk until just mixed. Grab your pan, turn on one of the elements to medium heat, spray the pan with the cooking spray. Now cook your crepes they should be done when they are a golden brown colour Finally roll up your crepe and squeez on of your lemons sprinkle with icing sugar. Now ENJOY!

Next, get your iron and push down on the straws in the baking paper and move the iron around slowly on the straws 3. Peel off your straw bracelet and it should of come together and you can cut of the edges of it to make it tidier. If you'd like to. TIP: push really hard on the iron
Kia Ora Isla, I really enjoyed learning about the history of flat whites! I too thought the Australians evented the flat white but I was wrong. The Aussies sure love to claim New Zealand inventions! Next time, why don't you explain what a flat white consists of? Why is a flat white different to a cappucino? I personally haven't had a flat white but you've convinced me to try!
