Date: Monday 23 of august
How to make lemon crepes!
Equipment and ingredients needed:
1 cup whole milk 2 table spoons of sugar
3 eggs ¼ teaspoon of salt
1 cup all purpose flour a pinch of cinnamon.
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
A pan a spatula
Whisk cooking spray
Lemons icing sugar
Method:
In a large bowl, combine the milk, eggs, and, vanilla, extract.
Add in the flour, sugar, salt and cinnamon.
Blend or whisk until just mixed.
Grab your pan, turn on one of the elements to medium heat, spray the pan with the cooking spray.
Now cook your crepes they should be done when they are a golden brown colour
Finally roll up your crepe and squeez on of your lemons sprinkle with icing sugar.
Now ENJOY!
